Cornell is located in Ithaca, New York, a vibrant college town in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport is located just a few miles from campus. By car, Cornell is approximately a four hour drive (in light traffic) from New York City, an hour north of Binghamton, an hour south of Syracuse, and three hours from Niagara Falls. All of the nearby cities also have airports serving those traveling to or from New York State.
