The College of Human Ecology is advancing the study of the human experience from scientific, social, and design perspectives. With a blend of academic disciplines our Human Ecology community uses their knowledge to identify, explore and develop solutions to the challenges facing people today in the areas of human nutrition and health; design and technology; development and the life course; and economic and social well-being. 

Our undergraduates engage in analytic inquiry and dynamic evidence-based problem-solving as they learn to understand and analyze the complex relationships and institutions that shape people's lives, address the barriers that impede human thriving, and support individuals and communities.
