First-Year Students
Competitive applicants will have met all of the first-year admissions requirements. Applicants who have curricular gaps may provide an explanation/context for the gaps in the “Additional Information” section of the Common Application. Their school counselor may include this information in their reference letter.

Review CHE’s first-year application tips for additional information.

Transfer Students
Prospective transfer students need to complete specific coursework requirements to be competitive in the transfer admissions process. These courses should be completed, or in progress, at the time the application is submitted. Applicants who have curricular gaps can provide an explanation/context for the gaps in the “Additional Information” section of the Common Application.

Completion of these requirements positions incoming transfers to graduate on time and pursue their College of Human Ecology major with focus and confidence.
