Can I still apply as an international student if I don’t meet all the admissions requirements?

At Cornell CALS, we read applications based on where you have attended school – so your application will be reviewed within the context of the school/curriculum/country where you are a student. While we list admissions requirements by major to share with students the foundational courses that the most prepared candidates will have completed in prior to arriving at Cornell CALS, we also conduct holistic application reviews. This means that we carefully consider all of the materials submitted. If you have not taken all courses listed as admissions requirements for your major at the time of your application, we encourage you to share background information on your high school curriculum and what choices you made/options you had available to you which the committee can take into account during the review process.
