Yes. Through the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell offers a BS in Applied Economics and Management in the Dyson School and a BS in Hotel Adminstration in the Nolan School. 

As an undergraduate in the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, you can major in the Nolan School of Hotel Administration if you’re interested in a business degree with a focus on the hospitality industry.
