After carefully reviewing the instructions for submitting a design supplement via the Slideroom platform, students who experience difficulties uploading/submitting their supplemental materials should contact Slideroom directly.

Please note, design supplements are only required for the following majors:

• Design and Environmental Analysis
• Fashion Design and Management (Fashion Design and the Fashion Design Management options)

Applicants for other Human Ecology majors who wish to submit supplementary materials should not use Slideroom, and instead submit materials through the supplemental materials link on the applicant portal. Use of the portal is limited to supplemental information. If required application materials (such as teacher recommendations, standardized test scores, or school forms) are submitted via this form, they will not be processed and will not be added to your application file.
